Q)   When navigating the course, I jumped to a section that was wrong, e.g., went from Quiz 1 to Unit 3.

A)   Return to the Main page for the course to find the desired unit and continue from there. Please also let us know by using the Contact US Form or call us at 801-280-9084 during business hours (7 a.m. - 2 p.m. MST) so we can correct any error.

Q)   How do I log out?

A)   Click on Sign In (top right of your screen) then on Log Out (in the body of the screen).

Q)   How do I access the course(s) I've purchased?

A)   Sign in, click on My Courses, then click on the course you'd like to work on.

Q)   Why do I have to put in a shipping address?

A)   You are not required to enter your shipping address. You may skip this section and proceed with your check out.

Q)   A picture within the course is too small. How do I enlarge it?

A)   Click on it to get an enlarged view in a new tab /window (if available). You can also increase the browser “screen size” by clicking CTRL +.

Q)   My browser screen is too large/too small. How do I adjust it?

A)   Within your browser (on a PC), select the View menu. Select Zoom, and then select the desired option. The short cut for zooming “in” is CTRL +; the short cut for zooming “out” is CTRL -.

Q)  A video doesn’t work. How do I fix it?

A)  Please refresh/reload the screen (F5 key for PC; Command key icon "Command key" + R for Mac). If this doesn’t work, go to prior page (using navigation buttons) and return to this one.

Q)   A video didn’t play and said “stream was not found.” How do I fix this?

A)   During business hours (7 a.m. - 5 p.m. MST), please call us at 801-280-9084. Let us know what course you’re studying and the sub-unit number, so we can troubleshoot the issue.

Q)   My video froze or is not buffering. How do I fix this?

A)   Please refresh/reload the screen (F5 key for PC; Command key icon "Command key" + R for Mac). If this doesn’t work, go to prior page (using navigation buttons) and return to this one. Note: This problem may also result due to low bandwidth. In this circumstance, you need to check with your internet provider to verify you are capable of streaming videos. (If you can stream videos on YouTube, you should be able to view Jumozy videos.)
